Hello! My name is Noelle Niemeier and I am a recent WSU graduate with my degree in English Creative Writing and specialization certificate in Editing and Publishing. After serving as Editor-in-Chief of LandEscapes Literary Arts Journal, I fell in love with the process of creating a literary journal, and wanted to branch out by creating Rainbug.
